Of course, coffee is one of the best things to DRINK--gives a great boost of energy (as long as you hydrate with someother drink, too). And don't forget to wait to go to the bathroom before you head out the door on your run. Otherwise it might just be a short run to the nearest bathroom!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
