How does one measure progress when running with a jogging stroller? The seemingly obvious answer for gauging progress in running is speed, but as you get stronger and faster, your kids also get heavier! I guess I'll just keep working at it.
I've often wondered the same thing. It never gets easier pushing that triple jogger. That is why I think you should have at least one run a week on your own. You should be able to measure something that way. By the way, I also agree that just getting out the door and running with the jogger is accomplishment enough most of the time.
I've been running over 1000 miles a year with my jogging stroller for the last decade and more recently added in biking with a trailer and trailer bike. I've collected some fun ideas to bribe- I mean encourage - kids, as well as mechanical advice for maintaining your equipment.

The fact that you keep working on it speaks volumes about your progress!
